Does it work with wet stools?

Good Question. This is Alec, the inventor of the GoGo Stik tools. The very best answer is for you to see a short video on youtube. Here’s one, “FAQ – How do you Scoop up a soft mess in grass. Put your GoGo Stik to work – Day 2”. This is an actual short video I took in my yard. My retriever was not feeling too well for a number of days. The yard of course still needs to be cleaned up. Would this work well for a german shepard? if so, what size should i get?

Yes,it would work good with a German Shepherd I have a 90 pound lab. I have the standard green bags and come 100 in a box. I can get about 2 to 3 piles in one bag. Another good question would be, “will the scooper be used when walking your dog or just for yard cleanup?” If using the GoGo Stik scooper on walks, the ST is most likely the best choice. That’s what I would use and what most folks prefer. Why, because the ST has a collapse-able handle and allows for easier portability. It is very light and sturdy too. The XP is slightly larger with a single non-collapse-able handle. It is great for yard cleanups. I actually use GoGo Stiks daily with my large 100 lb golden retriever. I bought a bulk order of Arm & Hammer bags that measure 9x13 when flat. Will these fit?

Typically yes. But to answer this correctly, it would help to know whether these bags have handles or not. With a short bag, you’ll be able to cover the leading edge of the shovel that will be doing the scooping. You won’t totally cover the front of the shovel blade. That’s okay but remember that the bag is what keeps the tool totally clean. Make sure that you drape the bag around both side arms too. They help in keeping the bag onto the tool. If you have handles you might be able to stuff them into the bottom orange gripper. Experiment to see if the lower or upper gripper works best for you. If the bags have no handles, stuff the upper top of the bag closest to you into the top orange gripper. I am surprised these aren’t more popular. Super strong, holds a lot of poo. They are long and thick which makes picking up easy, and prevents your hands AND the handles from getting gross. Great to tie on a leash. I think it’s a great value, a little more expensive than the regular bags but worth it easy to use. We also use them for cat litter scooping. I like these more than other brands because they are almost air tight when you knot them.
I read in the description “The Original Dootie Bag is Back!”. So I decided to try again.
I’m happy with the bags. The original thickness, tightness and size and a pleasant odor b4 use.
Thank you for doing the right thing and manufacturing the bags the way owners feel stability.

We have 4 big dogs of all different ages. An old dog who can’t walk far, a pup who runs all over and 2 German Shepards. These dog waste bags are great for their walks. The size and opening makes picking up waste rather easy with no mess. The bags come nicely packages and easy to remove from the box. Maybe these could be biodegradable?? They are a great bag.

I wanted a decomposable bag to replace the Arm & Hammer brand bags for my pooper scooper. Three dogs means even with a large yard I essentially run a poop factory and scoop often…these fit absolutely perfectly and I have them on auto-refill because they’re so perfect. I bought one for a friend with a new pup who I knew uses the same scooper. After lots of searching this is what I’d recommend for the arm and hammer scooper 100%

I had trouble finding the arm and hammer brand bags for their swivel poop scoop, so I bought these instead since the measurements are roughly the same. They fit perfectly, and I think the number of bags you get with these is a way better value than the arm and hammer bags.

This is the perfect size for my great dane. I have to use 2 or 3 bags with the other brands. What a mess!! And there thick so it helps with big poop smell till you can find a trash can. I highly recommend if you have a big dog.
